On Saturday, November 12, 2016, our 4th Degree Assembly, Father Walter F. Malloy, #1894 hosted area-wide training for Color Corps & Commanders (both current and potential) at St. Leo the Great School in Fairfax, VA. Our Council was well represented with four Sir Knights in attendance, SK Paul Cataldo; Roger Williams, DGK; Carroll Glass, PGK, Faithful Pilot; and Dennis Brown, PGK, PFN, FDD. All attendees practiced basic commands, marching, funeral and wake procedures—and a select few stayed a bit longer and were provided instruction in Color Corp procedures, presenting our nation’s colors and honoring our great country—Patriotism at its best.
