The Council banquet table was lined up with all the refreshments. CDU celebrated it's 25th Anniversary on Saturday, November 22, 2008. It was founded in 1983 by former Arlington Diocese Bishop Thomas J Welsh who was honored at the event as the Honorary Co-Chair along with Virgil Dechant, retired Supreme Knight.
